Every organisation with more than 10 employees must constitute an International Complaints Committee to deal with the complaints of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination at the Workplace, ensure the education and sensitization of the employees, and submit annual reports.

We assist organisations in setting up ICC through a democratic process ensuring all the mandates of the POSH Act. We offer both election/selection processes in setting up the ICC in an efficient way to save valuable time for the organisation.
