LEGAL COUNSELLING

With an aim to create awareness for Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 we provide free legal advice and counselling to various organisations such as schools so that they can comply with the laws in force in India. We have successfully managed to provide free legal counselling to 250+ schools in just one year and we continue to do so to create awareness.

With the aim to assist and aid the government in the implementation of various laws, especially the POSH Act. To create awareness and sensitisation, we are working in collaboration with the Ministry and Women and Child Development and various District Officers to achieve our common goal of public welfare.
We have worked extensively in Thane, Maharashtra and Delhi with the government to work on issues like sexual harassment, gender equality and legal compliances.
HAND IN HAND WITH GOVERNMENT

TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Working towards our goal to make safe spaces and spreading the ideas of equality and freedom we have conducted various workshops and training programmers, offline and online, in various companies, colleges and school. With each step we are moving closer towards our goals. We have measured our success in terms of introspection and questioning done by our audience in their day to day life.
LEGAL AID &
COUNSELLING
Our network of efficient and well-trained lawyers works very hard to provide legal aid and counselling to those in need and suffering from crimes of discrmination and sexual abuse. We are also working to provide Legal assistance in documentation and legal work to Transgender persons fighting with the system for their identities.
