This incident is just an example which got spotlight. There are many other cases where people from weaker and marginalised sections get oppressed by wealthy and powerful people and get away with it. Many cases aren't even registered by the police officials and many cases are forcibly closed by police.

I completely agree. There are several NGOs who offer free legal service to weaker sections and
represent the survivors or the petitioners free of cost or on affordable fees. The root of the problem are much complicated and they are connected with the power politics and same wealthy people. This particular case was from UP which the court ordered to be heard in Delhi to ensure fair trial and justice to the survivor.
