Our major focus is on developing an alternative dispute resolution system and taking away the burden and stigma from the current prison system. Especially in the cases of sexual abuse, various researches have promoted conciliation as an effective measure for the sufferers. It not only focuses on the sufferer’s idea of justice but also provides a quick and less stigmatized method of dealing with sexual abuse complaints internally through an in-house procedure, making it efficient and effective.
